Quality specifications
- The manufacturer must obtain a Health Authoriy license.
- Mold and fungal growth should be absent.
- The product should not have a fermented odour and should not provide and
acidic sour taste.
- Addition of harmful flavouring and colouring substances are
prohibited.
- Addition of artificial sweeteners is prohibited.
- The product should be free from coliforms, salmonella and streptococci
bacteria.
