Quality specifications

• The manufacturer must obtain a Health Authoriy license.
• Mold and fungal growth should be absent.
• The product should not have a fermented odour and should not provide and acidic sour taste.
• Addition of harmful flavouring and colouring substances are prohibited.
• Addition of artificial sweeteners is prohibited.
• The product should be free from coliforms, salmonella and streptococci bacteria.
